The first step is a consultation call. This allows us to understand what brings you in, answer initial questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial session and complete intake paperwork.

Yes. I am in-network with select insurance plans. I can verify your benefits before we begin so you understand your coverage, deductible, and copay. You are responsible for any out-of-pocket costs required by your plan.

Private pay sessions are competitively priced for the area. Please contact me for current rates and availability.
Payment is due at the time of service. I can provide a superbill if you would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and typically occur weekly or biweekly, especially at the beginning. Frequency may shift over time depending on your goals.

I provide secure telehealth sessions online for the state of Iowa and in-person sessions in Cedar Falls, IA.

Yes. Sessions are confidential. I do not share your information without your written consent, except when required by law. This includes situations involving imminent risk of serious harm, suspected child or dependent adult abuse, court orders, or limited information required for insurance billing.
We will review confidentiality and its limits in detail during your first appointment.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Illness and emergencies are handled with reasonable discretion.
